Jim Resha - President

Jim Resha

For more than 20 years, James Resha has excelled in commercial and industrial real estate, finance, and senior management. Today, Resha directs the current and future success of Integrity Real Estate & Investment Group and its clients as president of the company.

A licensed real estate agent since 1982, Resha became a California licensed broker in 1984. As a member of the Orange County Commercial Association of Realtors, he has countless real estate success stories.

As CEO of P-R Properties, for example, he directed the sales, leasing, development, and management of commercial and industrial real estate. This included the property management of more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial/industrial properties and the development and leasing of a 1-million-square-foot commercial building.

He developed the 50 acres of former farmland into a three-phase industrial park. Working with the architect and contractors throughout design and construction, Resha leased and managed the property, coordinated all tenant improvements, and maintained the highest occupancy in the area. The result: the park generated more than $7 million in revenues annually.

Resha also developed site-selection criteria for a national franchisor. Using these highly efficient and cost-effective criteria, he successfully located and opened sites for more than 150 franchises.

In addition to success in real estate, Resha has proven his management prowess in event management, sales, and finance.

He has coordinated planning and operational details of major events, such as a rally with more than 1 million attendees. As president/CEO of Precision Events Inc., he accelerated annual sales from $175,000 to more than $5 million in just three years.

At a financial institution, he originated more than $100 million annually in commercial financing, primarily for property purchases and new construction.

Resha is a member of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society and is recognized as a Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist, which indicates his expertise in using special technology, networking systems, and marketing programs. A Member of the Realty Investment Association of California, he is a Certified Realty Investment Member with the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.

Heather Francine-Principal - Executive Vice President

Heather Francine-Principal

Heather is a Vice President and a Principal with Integrity Commercial Brokerage. She is passionate about developing and maintaining strong, investor relationships as well as representing the business owner. Her experience includes growing the company and continued success in recruiting real estate professionals provides an excellent level of confidence to our clients on every level.

Heather's background includes managing a nationally recognized retail store which saw a steady revenue increase each year. Her retail background has provided her with a unique perspective to the business owner. Heather has earned several designations in her field and continues to seek out opportunities to develop and educate herself for the benefit of her clients.

She has been investing in real estate for several years and is the managing director for an LLC that has purchased numerous properties and broadened its investment portfolio. For several years, Heather was on the development team at Integrity, charged with the responsibility of strengthening client relationships and networking. Both of these areas have contributed to the exceptional reputation that ICB is experiencing in the brokerage community.

Heather resides in Placentia with her husband and 2 children and is actively involved in the Yorba Linda Chamber of Commerce as well as her church-Richfield Community Church.

Chris Cole - Associate

Chris Cole joined Integrity Commercial Brokerage in the summer of 2007. With over 10 years of sales experience, most recently in commercial banking and financing. He has excelled in helping organizations and individuals reach their goals. Chris brings the rare ability to see each client as a distinct individual with unique objectives for their business or investment.

Chris is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University, which has served as a basis for his community involvement. He has spent time doing volunteer work in the People’s Republic of China, was an employee for Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, and is currently involved at his church. Chris resides in Glendora with his wife, Alicia, and two children, Kyla and Nathan.

Martin Gomez - Associate

Martin was born and raised in Southern California and has been a resident of south Orange County for over 25 years. He has an extensive knowledge of the area and its history. Martin is an active member of the South Orange County Regional Chambers of Commerce which comprises six cities in South County. He is passionate about helping small businesses establish themselves and grow to their fullest potential, as well as finding commercial property for buyers and investors.

Meghan Hanna - Associate

Integrity Real Estate and Investment group welcomes Meghan Hanna after spending the last six years as a Counselor in the Newport Beach and Costa Mesa area. Throughout her working career she has led projects that focused on improving the lives of youth in our local community, schools and home. Meghan’s strengths lie in her ability to develop and build relationships with people of differing backgrounds, her ability to effectively manage multiple projects, and her strong problem solving and analytical skill set.

Meghan graduated with a B.A. from California State University, Fresno and a M.S from the University of La Verne. Meghan has also began working toward her CCIM designation. Her strong desire for learning has afforded her with highly refined research abilities that will provide Integrity and their clients with expert knowledge of real estate conditions, opportunities and solutions.

Meghan serves as president for Mission Viejo Northwest MOMS Club with active involvement in fund raising for national causes. She resides in Mission Viejo with her husband and two children.

Sandy Klapp - Associate

Sandy brings his business oriented experience to the Integrity Commercial team. He is a licensed agent in the state of California and is committed to providing a complete range of investment strategies for his clients including specializing in the sale and leasing of office and industrial buildings.

Sandy was born in a small town in Indiana, but has lived in the North Orange County area for the past 35 years. He attended Fullerton College with an emphasis on Business Administration and Real Estate. Sandy is committed to providing a full service plan for all of his clients.

He loves to spend his free time with his wife of 12 years, Kiki and his two, beautiful children Ryan, and Kamiron. Sandy enjoys a variety of sports including golf, racquetball, as well as coaching his son in the Brea Little League.

Dan Scidmore - Associate

After graduating from Cal State Fullerton with his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Dan joined Integrity Commercial Brokerage with the motivation to assist business owners in the leasing, buying, and selling of commercial property. Dan strives to give every client nothing but the best. This includes, but is not limited to, communication with his clients throughout the transaction, market knowledge, superior marketing techniques, expert negotiation skills, and most importantly honest ethical representation.
